Summerhouses
Creating the perfect relaxing and entertaining space in your garden couldn’t be easier, helping you to make the most of your outdoor space in the summer months.
At Make Room Outside, we offer an enticing choice of garden summer houses, creating a great place for chilling out at the weekend, enjoying a glass of something cold and delicious after work or just taking time to relax and enjoy the company of family.
A garden summer house provides you with a low-cost option to enhance your garden space and provide a focal point for outdoor activities. You could even use it as an extra living, workshop or crafting space in the warmer weather, or as a home gym. Of course, it could simply be a space to store garden tools or garden furniture.
Our garden summerhouses offer a high-quality, long-lasting choice, manufactured from slow-grown European softwood with a 44mm frame – the thicker the log, the better the structural value. Available in a range of classic and contemporary styles, they feature designs optimising natural light with a choice of large windows and door options.

What's included in the price?
All Make Room Outside quoted prices for garden buildings include delivery. The simple installation/build process means that many of our customers choose to complete this work themselves to optimise budgets and keep costs to a minimum. What kind of maintenance will a summer house require?
A limited amount of annual maintenance will ensure your log cabin summer house continues to look good and provide the ideal calm and relaxing bolt hole, year after year. This involves oiling, staining or painting the exterior of the garden building to guarantee longevity. Given the right amount of care, the construction should last for twenty years or more.
Guarantees
Summer house structures from Make Room Outside are supplied with a 10-year guarantee against timber rot, timber decay and insect infestation, subject to certain conditions. These include installing the construction on a suitable firm and level base, carrying out appropriate maintenance work, silicone sealing windows, and damage to or incorrect fitting of roofing felt or roofing materials.
Timber is a natural material and its appearance will change over time, especially in more extreme weather conditions. These changes should not affect the structural integrity of the building.
